At Nicole Trice Fitness and Nutrition, I know how busy life can get. You want to move better, get stronger, and work out for yourself but need help fitting it into an already overwhelming schedule. The problem is, you think you need to work out most days of the week for change. I know how frustrating it is to start a training plan, only to quit it a few weeks later because it takes too much time in your schedule. I believe fitness should be simple. It should complement your daily life, not rule it. As a HAES (Health at Every Size) Personal Trainer (American Council on Exercise) and Nutrition Coach (Precision Nutrition), this is how I help:
1. I put together a fitness plan based on your schedule and goals.
2. I start small. Small changes add up and decrease the chance of burnout.
3. We do weekly check-ins that focus on how you are feeling rather than your appearance(no weigh-ins or photos).

My name is Nicole and I have been a Certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise (ACE) since 2015. I started my career at a health club in Annapolis, MD where I trained clients in person for four years. After moving to Atlanta, GA, I took a brief detour to work in marketing in the healthcare industry, before rejoining the wellness industry. I now offer in-person personal training and a range of online fitness and nutrition training packages fit for every body type. I specialize in working with people who are looking to incorporate fitness and health back into their busy schedules.
LEVEL 3 COACHING
This comprehensive coaching program includes workouts and nutrition tailored to your goals and schedule. You will receive a personalized resistance training program, nutrition support, weekly check-ins, access to a group with other clients for motivation and accountability, and continuous access to me through messaging.
